The final stage of a Morning Star tomato is the shipping process. Boxes and drums of paste are taken from the fillers by forklift to holding areas, from where they will be taken by rail and truck to destinations around the country and the world. Tomato paste has a shelf life measured in years. Much of our tomato paste is pre-contracted, and much is stored, which we sell throughout the year.
